The full seam body is hot spray galvanized. * Both m/c with separate A/C drive from Danfoss brand, the whole m/c is standard. * Input supply: 3-phase 415 volt AC/50 Hz line current approx. 80 Amp average * We provide a 180 Amp MCCB with a Control Panel - Indramani Associates make. * Output: 2-phase line current approx. 180 Amp average * Complete m/c & Controller design @ 50% Duty Cycle Both m/c will have silver housing for longer life & maintenance-free working. Only daily greasing is required. NOTE: 1. Control Panel & Silver Housing need a chilling water supply. [Chiller requirement under customer's scope: 1000L tank, 3 Ton Chiller plant for dual seam] 2. Rest of the m/c Transformer internal water cooling & welding wheel free flow water supply by separate room temperature water. (Cooling tower water) 3. All water should be soft, clean water to protect from scaling. 4. We provide the best quality machine with knurling drive at the top welding wheel & bottom only knurling self-drive.
